Intro to AkhilYoga Therapy

Akhil Yoga was founded in year 2020 with a vision of making people lives healthy, fit & blissful through Yogatherapy.It is a form of alternative medicine that uses yoga, meditation, and other practices to help people with specific illnesses and diseases. Yogatherapy can help with conditions ranging from anxiety to ADHD to chronic pain, and it doesn't require any special equipment or expertise—you can do it at home!
